We can supply blow bars in a variety of materials to suit all application as follows:
Manganese Steel - will work harden, good resistance to shock loading, low resistance to wear.
Application - crushing primary rock recycling.
Martensitic low alloy steel - higher initial hardness, good resistance to shock loading, medium resistance to wear.
Application - Crushing primary rock recycling with reinforcement.
High Chrome IRON 24/28% - very good resistance to abrasion, large feed sizes and tramp metal to be avoided.
Application - secondary crushing of abrasion stone.
Martensitic low alloy steel with wear resistant inserts - suitable for crushing all material, good resistance to shock loading, good wear resistance.
Application - crushing of recycling of concrete with reinforcement and asphalt.
